Lead Painter/ Craftsman
We are a well-established company looking to hire a Lead painter with minor carpentry and drywall finishing experience. We do both residential and commercial work. We are looking for a Lead Painter who is skilled at managing a crew while performing painting, drywall, and carpentry tasks. To apply for this position, you must possess ALL of the requirements below.
Requirements for The Lead Painter/ Craftsman Position:
- Detailed industry knowledge (5yrs. exp.)
- The ability to take ownership of a project to ensure quality and efficiency.
- The ability to work unsupervised and manage others.
- Must have managed crews and ran projects for a minimum of 5 years.
- Must be able to follow detailed instructions.
- Be proficient in using paint sprayers.
- Be proficient with drywall finishes and textures.
- Know how to do basic carpentry.
- Have reliable transportation
- Have your own basic hand tools
- Be able to use basic hand tools proficiently
- Positive attitude.
- Personal protection equipment.
- Good VERIFIABLE work references.
- Good VERIFIABLE work experience.
