Warehouse/Retail Associate

Job Description:
A dependable and energetic retail and warehouse associate is needed for showroom retail support, warehouse operations, and material deliveries. This position involves both physical labor and customer interaction, requiring strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a friendly, outgoing personality. The ideal candidate thrives in a team environment, working collaboratively with others to complete tasks efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, and organize materials in the warehouse
• Deliver materials to job sites and interact professionally with customers
• Assist with retail sales, inventory management, and customer inquiries
• Use computers for inventory tracking, order processing, and communication
• Provide friendly, helpful service when dealing with clients or the public
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet project goals and deadlines
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Support team members with general labor, logistics, and retail tasks

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 80–100 lbs
• Outgoing, friendly, and professional demeanor
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer knowledge (email, inventory systems, data entry)
• Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to assist others
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
• Previous experience in warehouse, retail, or delivery work
• Reliable and punctual
• Max 2 Saturdays a month (8am-12pm)

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly rate based on experience
• Benefits available after 90 day probationary period
