Your Role
- Lead carpentry projects with precision and efficiency.- Maintain our high standards and safety protocols.
- Perform on-site assessments and provide estimates.
- Address client needs professionally.- Train apprentices all aspects of the job with proper techniques and efficiency.- Help paint crew when needed.
- 3 years of residential/commercial carpentry and painting experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Expertise in carpentry and painting techniques and equipment.
- Valid driver's license
- Full-time: $23-27/hr based on experience
