Paint Now WNY is hiring experienced Painters and Painting Foreman for residential painting projects throughout Buffalo and Western New York.
Responsibilities:
- Complete residential interior and exterior painting projects
- Perform preparation, sanding, caulking, cutting, rolling, spraying, and finishing work
- Protect customer property and maintain clean, organized jobsites
- Perform walkthroughs, touch-ups, and quality checks
- Communicate project progress, concerns, and material needs
- Use tools, materials, and equipment properly
- Help complete projects on schedule and within labor expectations
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
Requirements:
- Professional residential painting experience required
- Strong preparation, cutting, rolling, spraying, and finishing skills
- Previous crew-lead or foreman experience required for the Foreman role
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Comfortable working on ladders and exterior projects
- Dependable, accountable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Pay: $25.39 - $30.58 per hour
Work Location: In person
