What is All Ways Arts? We offers locally crafted events where you’ll laugh, drink, connect and try your hand at something new!
Currently offering Paint Nite, Plant Nite, Chunky Blanket, Seaglass Trees, Resin, and Candle Workshop's throughout Southern NH, MA, and ME.. The job includes hosting the creative events, must be able to paint, set up, break down, checking in guests, teaching the class, and keeping the class entertained! Should be very energetic.
You will:
- Be the MC / Host of Creative events
- Break down an acrylic painting into simple step-by-step instructions.
- Able to instruct all types of creative events
- Clearly and concisely articulate instructions to customers so they can recreate a painting in 2 hours
- Manage the flow of the experience while providing individual support to guests as needed
You have:
- A fun, confident personality! (calling all “social butterflies”)
- Comfortable with speaking publicly in front of a crowd (20-50 people)
- Ability to clearly simplify and explain steps for newbies
- Ability to work the expected duration of the assigned event (or as we call it, an “experience”)
Some basic qualifications:
- Must be able to do light physical labor- lifting and transporting equipment inside the venues.
- Ideally you'll be willing to work at least 1-3 events a week, have to be at events for 4-5PM on weeknights
- Must have a car (that can fit all the supplies)
- Must be 21
- Willing to travel up to 45 minutes for events- Nashua, Manchester, Salem, Raymond, Woburn MA, Andover MA, etc
