Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Technician to join our team, with both full-time and part-time positions available. The ideal candidate will have experience in beauty treatments and scalp care services, along with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves providing personalized, high-quality treatments while ensuring client comfort and satisfaction. In addition, the Technician will assist with product demonstrations and contribute to retail sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customized beauty and scalp care treatments based on individual client needs.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by maintaining a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients and support retail sales.
- Keep treatment areas clean, sanitized, and organized in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay current with beauty industry trends, techniques, and new product knowledge.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Confident in demonstrating products in a way that engages and educates clients.
- Previous retail sales experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to service quality.
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English is required.
- Valid Facial /Head License is required.
- Experience in skincare management is preferred.
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
