This is a full-time, on-site position located in Solon, OH, for a Salon Operations Manager. The Salon Operations Manager will oversee daily salon operations, including scheduling team members, ensuring exceptional client experiences, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized space. Responsibilities also include coaching and motivating team members, resolving client concerns, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and collaborating with leadership to achieve business objectives.
- Leadership and team management skills, including experience in supervising and motivating staff
- Strong organizational skills for maintaining schedules, inventory, and operational efficiency
