Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability
- Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity.
- Manage inventory control processes, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste
- Supervise retail sales activities, providing guidance to staff on best practices for customer service
- Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with other departments to align operational goals with overall business objectives
- Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the retail sector, preferably as an Assistant Manager or similar position
- Strong background in customer service with the ability to resolve issues effectively
- Experience in team management, including supervising staff and conducting performance evaluations
- Proficient in cash register operations and inventory management systems
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong analytical skills to assess operational performance and drive improvements
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude

Approximately 25-30 hours per week, flexible on the days and shifts, but must be able to work a minimum of 3-4 days per week until 7:30pm (M-F) and 6:00pm (Sat.)
