We're a fast-growing organization that values integrity, professionalism, and teamwork — and we’re looking for a high-performing Painting And Epoxy Sales Specialist to help us take our Maryland location to the next level.
Position Overview:
As a Sales Specialist, you’ll play a key role in growing our business through both company-generated and self-generated leads. You’ll be responsible for estimating residential and commercial repaint projects, closing deals, building client relationships, and networking with local organizations to expand our brand presence.
What You'll Be Doing:
✅ Follow our proven sales process to achieve a minimum 45% close rate
✅ Provide accurate, detailed, and timely proposals and work orders
✅ Follow up consistently to close deals and maximize customer satisfaction
✅ Attend weekly BNI meetings and actively participate in a local B2B association (e.g., CAI, IFMA, BOMA)
✅ Represent PAINT CORPS of Baltimore and MACH ONE Epoxy Floors at trade shows, expos, and community events
✅ Support operations team with project walkthroughs and scope clarification
✅ Maintain a professional, polished appearance with company-branded attire
✅ Participate in weekly sales and company meetings
✅ Always act with integrity, professionalism, and teamwork
Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales, estimating, or project management preferred (painting or construction experience a plus)
- Comfortable with fieldwork, networking, and canvassing
- Highly organized with strong follow-up skills
- Tech-savvy (experience with CRM systems, email, proposals)
- Positive, competitive, and coachable attitude
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
