Do you love leading people, creating memorable customer experiences, and helping businesses grow?

The Creativity Cafe is more than an art studio—we're a place where families, friends, couples, schools, and community groups come together to create memories through pottery painting, clay, pottery wheel experiences, camps, workshops, and celebrations.

We're looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and motivated Assistant Manager to help lead our growing team and support the day-to-day operations of our studio.

If you're someone who enjoys leading by example, solving problems, developing people, and making every guest feel welcome, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

As Assistant Manager, you'll work alongside the Owner to help ensure the studio operates smoothly while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead daily studio operations and supervise team members
• Coach, motivate, and support Studio Leads and Studio Assistants
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and employee training
• Support birthday parties, workshops, camps, and special events
• Maintain studio cleanliness, organization, and safety
• Monitor inventory and assist with supply ordering
• Help grow the business through memberships, parties, workshops, and community partnerships
• Encourage customer reviews and support social media content by capturing photos and videos of guest experiences
• Help create a positive, fun, and welcoming environment for both guests and staff

Preferred Experience
