We’re Hiring: Experienced Life Insurance Agent

Paine Insurance Group is looking for an experienced Life Insurance Agent to join our team.

This is a licensed position, and we’re looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years of life insurance sales experience.

We have a large, established PC client base, and we’re looking for someone who can take advantage of those existing relationships while also going out and building their own book.

And there’s a lot of opportunity already sitting inside our agency. Right now, we’re only at about a 17% life insurance penetration rate within our existing client base. That means there are a lot of conversations that haven’t happened yet.

What the role looks like:

Work with our existing PC clients to identify life insurance opportunities

Cross-sell life insurance when it makes sense for the client and their situation

Generate your own business through networking, referrals, and prospecting

Build relationships with business owners, lenders, financial professionals, and other referral partners

Follow up with leads, quote business, and close sales

Build and manage your own book of life insurance business

One of the biggest advantages of this position is that you aren't starting from scratch.

When someone already trusts us with their home, auto, or business insurance, having a conversation about life insurance is a much easier conversation to have. There are already relationships there, and we want someone who can take those opportunities and run with them.

With only 17% penetration today, there is a lot of room to grow within our existing book — while still giving you the opportunity to go out and create your own business.

At the same time, we expect you to network and bring in your own business. We want someone who is hungry, independent, and wants to build something.

What we’re looking for:

Active Life Insurance license

Minimum 2 years of life insurance sales experience

Proven sales ability

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Comfortable asking for the business and closing

Self-motivated and organized

Willing to network and develop new relationships

Compensation:

Base salary commission production incentives

This is a hybrid remote position, but you will need to be active in the community and comfortable getting in front of people.
