Company Description Pain Treatment MD is a leading interventional pain specialty practice dedicated to “Treating Pain, Restoring Lives.” The team focuses on helping individuals with chronic pain regain control of their daily lives through compassionate, evidence-based care. Physicians and nurse practitioners utilize minimally invasive, advanced treatment options to restore function and improve quality of life for a wide range of pain conditions. Led by Dr. Sameer Jain, Pain Treatment MD has multiple locations across Arkansas and offers long-term, innovative solutions designed to alleviate chronic pain and build lasting patient trust.


Role Description This full-time, on-site Interventional Pain Physician role is based in Little Rock, AR. The physician will evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic pain conditions, perform comprehensive histories and physical examinations, and develop individualized treatment plans. Daily responsibilities include performing interventional pain procedures (such as nerve blocks, epidural steroid injections, radiofrequency ablations, and spinal injections), ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and coordinating care with primary care providers and specialists. The role also involves monitoring treatment outcomes, adjusting therapies as needed, documenting clinical encounters accurately in the medical record, and supporting quality and safety initiatives within the practice. The physician will contribute to patient education, participate in multidisciplinary case discussions, and uphold a high standard of professional, ethical, and compassionate care.


Qualifications

 Ability to perform advanced interventional pain procedures (e.g., SCS, DRG, SI fusions, kyphoplasty)

 Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills

 Excellent communication and patient-relations skills

 MD or DO degree from accredited institution

 Board-certified or board-eligible in Anesthesiology, PM&R, or Neurology

 Fellowship training in Pain Medicine preferred

 Eligible for Arkansas medical licensure

 Unrestricted DEA registration


Compensation and Benefits

 Base salary: $350,000-450,000

 Production incentive: monthly production based

 Medical/vision/dental benefits

 CME Stipend: $5,000 annually

 Vacation: 4 weeks CME days
