Job Summary
Pain Relief and Physical Therapy is looking to add a full time licensed physical therapist to our patient-focused clinic. Our primary focus is always on the patient and their treatment. We strive to have our therapists spending more time hands on with each individual person and customizing a treatment plan for them that utilizes a mix of methods and approaches, including manual therapy. Manual therapy is a large part of our treatment scope, and we offer training in this specialty. We're open to new graduates with minimal experience up through seasoned therapists. Our private, outpatient clinic in Havertown treats a diverse patient population, and we strive to make sure each and every patient spends time with their therapist each and every appointment. Our hours are flexible, and a full time schedule can include mornings, afternoons, and evenings.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine their physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions using various techniques, including manual therapy, to improve patient mobility and function.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment options, exercises, and strategies for managing their conditions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress notes in compliance with medical standards.
- Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices and medical terminology.
Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to physical therapy practices.
- Experience in geriatrics, pediatrics, acute care, or home community care is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and improving patient outcomes.

Pay: Up to $90,000.00 per year
