We are a growing medical office in Clermont seeking a motivated, professional, and highly organized Assistant Manager to join our team. This is a dynamic, patient-facing role that goes well beyond traditional front desk responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Provide exceptional patient interactions and customer service
- Assist with and administer certain in-office therapies (training provided)
- Handle front desk operations including scheduling, phone calls, and check-in/check-out
- Present and explain recommended care plans to patients in a clear and supportive manner
- Support daily office operations and workflow efficiency
