We are a growing medical office in Clermont seeking a motivated, professional, and highly organized Assistant Manager to join our team. This is a dynamic, patient-facing role that goes well beyond traditional front desk responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Provide exceptional patient interactions and customer service
  • Assist with and administer certain in-office therapies (training provided)
  • Handle front desk operations including scheduling, phone calls, and check-in/check-out
  • Present and explain recommended care plans to patients in a clear and supportive manner
  • Support daily office operations and workflow efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Professional demeanor with a patient-first mindset
  • Ability to confidently discuss services and guide patients through care options
  • Prior experience in a medical office, healthcare setting, or customer service role preferred

Compensation:

  • $20 per hour,.
  • Additional performance-based incentives available
