Marketing Strategist / Account Manager

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Digital Account Manager to join our marketing team! As a Digital Account Manager at our company, your primary duties will be to develop and manage digital marketing strategies with our clients and help them achieve their digital marketing goals.

We’re a fast-growing marketing company that needs someone to bring some discipline and rigor to our company. We aim to find someone who can grow with us into more prominent roles in the company. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Working with existing clients to gather needs and requirements
• Performing some light copywriting for websites, brochures, signs
• Helping put together the monthly reporting packages for clients
• Coordinating photoshoots
• Visiting client offices for face-to-face meetings
• Constantly drive to improve our client experience
• Work with the development teams to surprise and delight our clients
• Analyzing reports and marketing results to drive the marketing strategy for the clients

Qualifications:

• Some Dental office experience and/or Dental Marketing is strongly desired
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to complete tasks in a timely fashion
• Positive and motivated self-starter
• Awareness and ability to see what needs to be done and make it happen. If you need to be told what to do constantly, this is not the gig for you.
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to prioritize work effectively
• 2-4 years of experience

Hiring Process

• Candidates for this position can expect the hiring process to follow the order below.
• Qualified candidates will be invited to schedule a 30-minute introductory call with a Pain-Free Dental Marketing hiring manager.
• After the introductory call, the candidate will be invited to visit us at our office for a 1.5 - 2 hour meet and greet with the Colleyville-based team. You’ll see us in our work environment. You won’t be sitting in a conference room answering silly questions.
• We may, from time to time, ask someone to complete a paid assignment to show us your work style and how you engage the project.
• The expected Salary range will be dependent on skills and experience generally for this role in our company, the range would be between 70k and 90k
