What You’ll Be Doing
- Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic pain conditions
- Develop personalized treatment plans using a multi-modal approach
- Gain exposure to a wide range of therapies, including:
- Interventional Injections (epidurals, joint injections, nerve blocks)
- Surgical Coordination & Co-Management
- Neuromodulation (Spinal Cord Stimulators)
- Shakthi-Based / Integrative Pain Services
- Prescribe and manage medications responsibly
- Educate patients on long-term pain management strategies
- Collaborate with physicians and specialists to optimize outcomes
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) (or eligible in Virginia)
- Strong clinical foundation and willingness to learn a new specialty
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Team-oriented mindset with ability to work independently
- Interest in procedural and comprehensive care
Preferred (But Not Required)
- Experience in primary care, orthopedics, urgent care, or related field
- Interest in interventional or procedural medicine
- EMR experience
