What are the responsibilities and job description for the Showroom Assistant position at PAIGE?
We have an exciting opportunity in our PAIGE Showroom for a Showroom Assistant to join the New York team. We’re looking for someone organized, enthusiastic, warm, and proactive; someone who brings energy to the showroom, supports our sales team, and delivers an exceptional experience to our wholesale partners. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Our showroom is located in Soho New York, where we work with major retailers in the US and specialty boutiques nationwide, selling our Men's, Women's, and Footwear collections.
Responsibilities
- Maintain overall showroom presentation, including ordering supplies, visuals, and general organization
- Manage and coordinate samples across Men’s, Women’s, and Footwear
- Line sheet updates and ATS maintenance
- Assist customers with daily reorders and order management
- Create and maintain copy sheets for department stores
- Enter sales orders in JOOR and BlueCherry
- Assist the sales team during market appointments and trade shows
Ideal Requirements & Skills
- Minimum 1 year sales experience in a wholesale showroom or wholesale environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Retail, Merchandising, or related field
- Must be based in New York; this is an on-site role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (email & phone)
- Knowledge of the contemporary market and key retailers
- Experience with BlueCherry, JOOR, and NuOrder a plus

Base Pay Range
