Role Description The Events Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hoboken, NJ, focused on driving guest traffic and brand awareness through strategic events and promotions. This role plans and executes in-venue events, special promotions, and seasonal activations, coordinating logistics, timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure successful delivery. This role of Events Marketing Manager collaborates with operations, marketing, and sales to align event concepts with overall brand strategy and revenue goals, including creating event calendars, marketing assets, and post-event recaps. Responsibilities include managing events, incoming inquiries, sales marketing budgets, tracking events performance metrics, maintaining partnerships with local organizations and sponsors, and identifying new opportunities to increase visibility and repeat business for the venue
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Event Marketing and Event Management to design, promote, and evaluate impactful events.
- Candidates should possess skills in Event Planning to coordinate logistics, vendors, and on-site execution for diverse event formats.
- Candidates should possess skills in Sales to build partnerships, secure bookings and sponsorships, and convert event interest into revenue.
- Experience in hospitality, nightlife, or restaurant marketing, with a strong understanding of guest experience and local market trends.
- Strong project management, organizational, and time-management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple events and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Proficiency with basic marketing tools and social media platforms; familiarity with event registration or ticketing systems is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
