Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Events Manager based in Atlanta, GA. The Events Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events such as workshops, conferences, and live sessions aimed at educating clients and promoting the Paid Ads Academy brand. Tasks include managing event logistics, working with vendors, handling registrations, creating cohesive event timelines, and ensuring a seamless experience for participants. Collaboration with marketing, sales, and design teams to align event strategies with business goals will be key.

- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Previous experience in event management, preferably in a marketing or education-focused organization
- 6 years of experience in event management, hospitality operations, or meeting planning required.
- Proven experience leading multi-day corporate events and high-touch client retreats required.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to streamline event planning, communications, or operations.
- Comfortable delegating to and managing AI tools to improve speed, efficiency, and output — positioning yourself as a strategist and creative thinker, not just a doer.
- You're already using AI — not just for answers, but to gain efficiency in your day-to-day work. Bonus points if you have hands-on experience with Claude or other AI platforms.Experience or knowledge in paid advertising education and platforms such as Google, Meta, and YouTube is a strong advantage
- Strong budget management and vendor negotiation skills, with experience managing six- to seven-figure event budgets.
