Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and food items according to company standards
- Operate POS system for order processing and cash handling
- Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner to ensure satisfaction
- Manage cash register operations, including cash handling and basic math calculations
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the café area
- Assist with food preparation and food handling tasks as needed
- Restock supplies and ensure the area remains organized and inviting
- Uphold food safety protocols during food service and handling
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, taking orders, and upselling products when appropriate
