Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in maintenance, electrical, or mechanical fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial or commercial maintenance roles with increasing responsibility.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, PLCs,
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various sites within the United States as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree
- Install maintain and troubleshooting automated control systems (Allen - Bradley / siemens )
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and predictive maintenance technologies.
- Proficiency in welding, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a maintenance team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems and equipment.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to reduce equipment failures and extend asset life.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support equipment installation, upgrades, and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during maintenance activities.
- Document maintenance work, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records of equipment status and repairs.
- Train and mentor junior maintenance staff to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and provide effective solutions to minimize operational disruptions.
