Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (Full-Time Only)
Pay Range: $35.00 – $42.66 per hour (Based on experience)
Shift Differential: $1.00/hr for night shifts (6PM–6AM)
Travel Adjustment: $2.00/hr for nurses traveling 30 miles one way from home to work
Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN positions available

Pahrump Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to manage and deliver nursing care to residents. The RN oversees staff members, follows the plan of care, and ensures that all residents receive high-quality, person-centered care.

• Essential Functions

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care for residents

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

• Work collaboratively with all members of the healthcare team

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Required: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

• Required: Current RN licensure in the state of employment

• Demonstrated knowledge of the nursing process, particularly as it relates to geriatric residents, long-term care, and rehabilitation
