Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products or services that meet their needs
- Process cash transactions accurately using cash registers and cash management software
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of store inventory, sales promotions, and retail math to maximize sales opportunities
- Enter data efficiently into retail and financial software systems, ensuring accuracy in all transactions
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experienceExperience
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for engaging with customers is essential
- Familiarity with banking or financial services enhances ability to assist with retail lending or loan collections
- Basic math skills are necessary for processing transactions, managing cash drawers, and performing retail math calculations
- Experience with data entry, cash handling, cashiering, or 10 key typing is highly valued
- Strong customer service background demonstrating effective communication and problem-solving skills
