Pagoda Realty is seeking a reliable, organized, and friendly professional to join our team as a Transaction Coordinator / Front Desk Coordinator / Client Services Representative. This position plays a key role in keeping our office running smoothly while supporting our agents and clients throughout the real estate transaction process.

Responsibilities Include:
- Opening and closing the office
- Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner
- Greeting clients and visitors
- Coordinating real estate transactions from contract to closing
- Managing files, documents, and transaction timelines
- Communicating with agents, clients, lenders, attorneys, and other parties
- General office and administrative support
Qualifications:
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Real estate experience is a plus but not required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
Schedule:
- Approximately 35 hours per week (9A-4P)
