Opportunity Details:

• Deliver comprehensive patient care through outpatient clinics andinpatient services.
• Supervise and support resident clinics to ensure high-quality clinical training and patient outcomes.
• Participate in the assigned on-call schedule to support continuous patient care.
• Provide clinical leadership and guidance to multidisciplinary healthcare team members.
• Mentor and educate residents and medical students in a collaborative academic environment.

• Active and unrestricted NYS medical license
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology

Wages and Benefits include:

Annual Base Salary: $267,000* (Board Eligible); $272,000* (Board Certified) based on 40-hour work week. Additional compensationavailablefor extra call or sessional/per diem hours.

The annual total value of compensation package is estimated at $389,220** (Board Eligible) and $394,720** (Board Certified),which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors as set forth below:

• Estimated annual compensation for 10additionalsessional/per diem hours worked per week is $55,520.

• Projected bonus of up to $40,000 (based on previous year's average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets.

• 401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits):

  • Employees areimmediatelyvested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match isrequired.
  • After one year of service, employees receive anadditional7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match isrequired.

• Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) Reimbursement.

• AnnualPaid Time Off (PTO): Vacation, Sick, Holiday, and CME days.

• Medical, Prescription, and Dental Coverage:Top-tierplans with employee contributions significantly below market rates.
