Paggi Physical Therapy & Sports Rehabilitation is a family-owned outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinic seeking a full-time Front Desk / Patient Coordinator to join our growing team.

Position Overview
The Front Desk / Patient Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for current and prospective patients and plays a vital role in the daily operations of the clinic. This individual supports the patient journey from scheduling and registration to communication and front office coordination.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors with professionalism and friendliness
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist patients with scheduling needs
- Manage and maintain the daily patient schedule
- Verify and update patient demographic, insurance, and financial information in the EMR system
- Collect patient payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Manage clinic documentation
- Assist Billing Manager with insurance verification, daily schedule audits
- Communicate professionally with physicians’ offices, insurance companies, and other healthcare providers
- Support therapists and office staff with day-to-day clinic operations
- Help create a positive, organized, and efficient patient experience
- Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance at all times
Qualifications
- Previous medical office, healthcare, or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with computers, scheduling software, and email communication
- Passion for helping others and providing exceptional customer service
