Position Overview
We are looking for a driven, high-urgency Emergency Response Manager to be the first on-site contact for new water damage and mold remediation jobs.
This role is responsible for:
- Responding quickly to incoming leads
- Inspecting the loss
- Educating the homeowner
- Closing the job on-site
- Getting mitigation started immediately
This is not a sit-back sales role. This is a frontline, high-impact position where speed, confidence, and trust-building are critical.
Key Responsibilities
First Response & Inspection
- Respond to new job leads and arrive on-site promptly
- Assess water/mold damage and determine scope of work
- Take photos, measurements, and detailed notes
Customer Communication & Sales
- Clearly explain the mitigation process to homeowners
- Educate customers on why immediate action is critical
- Answer questions and build trust quickly
- Secure signed work authorization on-site
Job Initiation
- Coordinate with production team to begin mitigation ASAP
- Ensure proper documentation is captured and submitted
- Communicate job details clearly to office and field teams
Relationship Building
- Represent Page Restoration professionally at all times
- Build strong relationships with homeowners and referral partners
- Look for opportunities to generate future referrals (plumbers, agents, etc.)
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $52,000/year
- Commission: 2% on all sold jobs

Qualifications
Required:
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to be on-call and respond to emergency jobs
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated with a sense of urgency
- Sales experience in restoration/mitigation (2 years)
- Experience in restoration/mitigation
- Experience with MICA/DASH, Xactimate
- Familiarity with water damage or insurance claims process

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
