We’re Hiring: Operations & Workflow Lead (EZLynx)
Page Insurance Ltd is rebuilding how our agency operates—from the ground up.
This is not a typical insurance role.
This is an opportunity to own the system, workflows, and execution of a modern independent agency.
- Lead our EZLynx implementation and optimization
- Build and enforce clear workflows (quotes, service, renewals, claims)
- Clean up data and create structure that actually works
- Ensure the system is used consistently across the team
- Drive efficiency, accountability, and clarity
- You’ve worked inside an independent agency (CSR, account manager, ops, etc.)
- You understand how work really flows—not how it’s supposed to
- You’ve used EZLynx (or similar AMS) and thought:
- “This could be set up so much better.”
- You take ownership and don’t let things fall through the cracks
- Not data entry
- Not a passive admin role
- Not “just follow instructions”
- Every task has a clear next step
- Workflows are consistent across the agency
- EZLynx is fully adopted (not half-used)
- The agency runs smoother, faster, and with fewer errors
