What are the responsibilities and job description for the Paraprofessional (Long Term Substitute) position at Page Hilltop Elementary School?
Page Hilltop is looking for a long term substitute Paraprofessional for at least 12 weeks, with the potential to stay on longer.
- Ensures confidentiality regarding all student information.
- Supports the social/emotional and educational development of students.
- Assists with routine classroom clerical and maintenance activities.
- Performs lunch, transportation, and recess duties as assigned by the administration.
- Implements inclusive activities and teacher-planned lessons as directed by the classroom and/or Special Education teacher.
- Communicates student issues and concerns to teacher/team members.
- Maintains a professional attitude and relationship with all staff.
- Demonstrates a commitment to professional growth and attends professional development opportunities as required.
- Other reasonable duties as assigned by the supervisor.
