Description
- Supply Chain Leadership: Oversee and manage the end-to-end supply chain-from procurement through delivery-ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and performance across all areas.
- Strategic Direction: Define and implement the Supply Chain & Operations vision and strategy in alignment with overall business objectives. Set organizational targets and drive execution to achieve results.
- Operational Excellence: Optimize supply chain operations to ensure timely product delivery, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement. Analyze data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process enhancements.
- Financial Accountability: Hold overall responsibility for budgets and capital expenditures within Supply Chain and Operations. Prepare and support investment decisions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, group functions, and external partners, including customers and suppliers.
- Talent Development: Own succession planning and talent management within the function. Foster a culture of engagement, training, and high performance.
- Executive Leadership: Serve as a member of the Executive Leadership Team, contributing to organizational development and strategic initiatives. Maintain regular functional alignment with CSCO.
- Reporting & Governance: Provide periodic reporting to the Executive Leadership Team and ensure compliance with strategic initiatives and operational standards.

Profile
- University degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; postgraduate/Master's in General Management, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management preferred. Formal management training is a plus.
- Several years in Supply Chain and Operations within the consumer goods industry (cheese industry experience preferred).
- Proven track record of operational P&L responsibility.
- International exposure and experience leading improvement and transformation initiatives.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on expertise in end-to-end supply chain (including S&OP, ESG, and operations).
- Strong decision-making ability, risk management, and adaptability in complex environments.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, collaboration, and talent development.
- Empathetic, culturally savvy leader with emotional resilience and a history of building high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity and drive engagement.
