Description
- Oversee and manage mergers and acquisitions transactions from inception to completion.
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients on M&A-related matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents and contracts.
- Conduct due diligence and identify potential risks in transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deal execution.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry trends impacting M&A activities.
- Advocate for clients in negotiations to achieve favorable outcomes.

A successful candidate should have:
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
