Description
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
- Lead the development and execution of company-wide recruiting strategies
- Improve hiring quality, speed, and overall recruiting effectiveness
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill skilled trades, construction, and operational roles
- Build and enhance the company's employer brand
- Create recruiting partnerships with trade schools, technical programs, industry organizations, and community groups
- Represent the company at recruiting events, career fairs, and industry functions
- Implement scalable recruiting processes and best practices
Workforce Planning & Organizational Development
- Develop workforce planning strategies that support organizational growth through use of cultural index framework
- Design and implement career pathing and progression frameworks
- Build succession planning programs across key positions
HR Operations, Systems & Process Improvement
- Optimize HR processes and improve operational efficiency via Vista View Point system
- Leverage technology to automate and streamline workflows
- Improve reporting, analytics, and workforce insights
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the HR function
- Maintain accurate and scalable HR systems and processes
- Partner closely with Payroll to ensure effective coordination and execution
Compensation, Benefits & Performance Management
- Lead compensation administration and market benchmarking efforts
- Partner with leadership on total rewards strategies
- Enhance communication and utilization of the company's benefits programs
- Support performance management and talent review processes
Strategic Business Partnership
- Provide recommendations on people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and workforce challenges
- Support change management and organizational growth initiatives
- Help build credibility and confidence in the HR function through consistent execution and strong partnership

Qualifications
Required Experience
- 10-12 years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Demonstrated success leading talent acquisition and workforce development initiatives
- Experience supporting populations of hourly, field-based, or operational employees (essential)
- Proven track record of implementing HR systems, processes, and scalable people infrastructure
- Experience coaching operational leaders and management teams
- Strong background in recruiting, organizational development, workforce planning, and talent management (essential)
- Experience working in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
- Viewpoint Vista experience (strongly preferred)
- HRIS and process automation experience

The successful individual will be an influential relationship builder, comfortable supporting field-based and operational employee populations, driving change, developing leaders, solving complex workforce challenges, and serving as a trusted advisor to the executive team
Salary : $160,000 - $180,000
