Job Description
- Provide legal counsel on energy-related transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts and agreements related to energy projects.
- Advise clients on regulatory compliance and environmental considerations in the energy sector.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to support client objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
- Represent clients in negotiations and provide strategic guidance on energy-related disputes.

A successful candidate should have:
