AI+ Pharma - CEO

We are seeking a visionary and execution oriented CEO to lead the company's next phase of growth. This individual will serve as both a strategic leader and external facing ambassador. Driving platform differentiation and pipeline strategy, leading fundraising, and building global Business Development partnerships with global pharma.

This is global bio-pharmaceutical company committed to the discovery and development of novel antibody therapeutics. The Company is building a robust portfolio and differentiated pipeline through internal R&D capability, strategic global collaborations in co-discovery and co-development, and selective acquisitions.

Description

Key Responsibilities

1.Define and execute corporate strategy across AI platform development antibody pipeline

2. Lead Series financing rounds and build relationships with top-tier investors globally

3. Business Development & Partnerships, establish partnerships with global pharma (e.g., discovery collaborations, co-development deals)

4. Scientific & Platform Oversight: Work closely with executive team to align: AI model development, Wet-lab validation capabilities, to ensure platform produces clinically relevant, differentiable assets

5. Team & Organizational Build out and lead a high-caliber executive team (R&D, AI, BD)

Manage cross-border teams across US and China, to build a performance-driven, innovation-focused culture

Profile

A successful CEO should have:

• Advanced degree, PhD, MD from Life Science world
• 15 years in biotech/pharma, with significant leadership experience and solid tracking record as a serial CEO, Prior CEO, President, GM or Head of BD role
• Strong exposure to biologic or antibody drug discovery
• Proven track record in fundraising ($50M rounds) or/ and major Business Development deals
• Experience operating in or partnering across US and China markets
• Highly Preferred, experience in AI-driven drug discovery platforms
