What are the responsibilities and job description for the Farm Hand/Laborer position at Page Crest Land & Cattle?
- Feeding and caring for livestock, including cows, horses and cattle dogs
- Maintaining fences and corrals to ensure animals stay contained
- Inspecting livestock to identify any health issues or problems with their living conditions
- Inspecting fences for damage and repairing them as needed
- Providing medical attention to sick or injured animals
- Cleaning pens, troughs, and other equipment used to house animals
- Grooming animals to prevent infestations of parasites or disease outbreaks
- Herding animals from one location to another using a horse or vehicle
- Monitoring the health of herds to detect signs of disease or discomfort that may require medical treatment
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
