What You’ll Do
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls and emails
- Schedule vehicle service appointments and work closely with Service Advisors
- Identify customer automotive service needs and provide solutions or alternatives
- Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction
- Follow dealership processes, procedures, and phone scripts
- Accurately document all customer communication within the CRM system
- Complete internet lead management follow-up daily
- Assist customers with shuttle information and service-related questions
- Maintain professional, prompt, and courteous communication at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability and willingness to manage 50 calls per day
- Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Prior experience in retail, customer service, call center, receptionist, sales, or BDC preferred
- Appointment-setting experience is a plus
- Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

Qualifications:
- Strong computer & phone skills — multitask smoother than a fresh tune-up.
- Typing speed of 35–40 WPM minimum — keep the workflow out of the slow lane.
- CRM/customer tracking experience preferred — keep every customer running on schedule.
- Appointment-setting experience is a plus — help keep our bays full and engines turning.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment — shift gears without missing a beat.
- Team player attitude — great teams run like a well-oiled machine.
- Must be at least 18 years old — ready to drive success.
- Must pass pre-employment screenings — because reliability matters under the hood and beyond.
