We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Rental Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing rental inventory, providing exceptional customer service, and facilitating the rental process for clients. Responsibilities
- Greet customer back from there trip while processing return check in procedure
- Inspect vehicles at return for any damage or any service needs.
- Speak with customers to maintain complete satisfaction at return.
- Perform inventory of vehicles on hand
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Perform administrative tasks related to the rental process, including paperwork and documentation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inventory management or retail sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with sales management techniques and marketing strategies.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
