Purpose: Lead, coach, and drive the sales team to hit volume and gross goals while maintaining compliance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage 10–12 salespeople, each selling 10 units/month.

Maintain $200K total gross/month.

Structure and approve profitable, compliant deals.

Manage trade appraisals, lender approvals, and deal flow to F&I.

Enforce dealership/OEM sales processes and documentation accuracy.

Maintain high CSI scores and handle escalated customer issues.

Collaborate on inventory ordering, stocking, and merchandising.
- Track and report team and individual performance daily/weekly/monthly.

Motivate, coach, and hold sales staff accountable for goals.

Stay current on lender programs, OEM incentives, and market trends.

Maintain a visible presence on the sales floor and in the sales tower.

Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma or the equivalent.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions & information.
- Two years of sales experience.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
