What You'll Do
- Support the Accounting Manager in overseeing core accounting functions, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tax, General Ledger, financial controls, and financial statement preparation
- Lead month-end and year-end close processes in accordance with US GAAP, including GL reconciliations, allocation analysis, journal entry preparation, and documentation
- Prepare and review financial statements for Accounting Manager review
- Review payroll journal entries and coordinate with the Employee Experience (EE) team on payroll reconciliations
- Assist with the development and monitoring of the annual budget and related reporting
- Assist the Accounting Manager with supervision and training of junior level accounting staff
- Process vendor payments via check, ACH, or wire transfer as needed
- Perform financial analysis to support cash flow forecasting and year-end financial modeling
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and assist with financial or administrative projects as needed
- Lead the development, implementation, and documentation of process improvements across accounting workflows
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Prepare, format, and update graphic materials using established templates and brand standards
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to financial accuracy and data integrity
- Experience reviewing and guiding the work of junior accounting staff while providing mentorship and support
- Ability to conduct high-level financial analysis and develop actionable recommendations for leadership
- Proficiency with ERP and database systems, preferably Deltek Vantagepoint (DVP)
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial and numerical data
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex spreadsheets and financial analysis
- Experience with reporting, data analytics, and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools is a plus Working knowledge of database tools
- Strong process orientation with the ability to identify and implement workflow improvements
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to translate financial data into insights that support operational and strategic decision-making
- Experience with payroll processing and payroll journal entry reconciliation
- Hiring Base Salary Range: $73,100-$97,700 annual
- This position is eligible for time and a half overtime pay

Salary : $73,100 - $97,700
