General Clerk I

This position will primarily support the Aerospace Testing Operations Maintenance (ATOM) Business Office. General responsibilities will include administrative support to the various departments within the ATOM performance work statement. Provide general administrative and clerical support including accounts payable, financial reporting, review travel authorization, expense reports, data entry, mailing, scanning, ad hoc reporting. Other duties include event/meeting planning and assisting management with special projects. Candidate should be familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other general office software.

This is an opportunity to engage in professional activities which support the business office and its functionalities: human resources, procurement, accounts payable, supply chain/property management, and finance.

This position is part-time and temporary ending October 30th, 2026.

EDUCATION, TRAINING, & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: No prior work experience is necessary for this position. All training will be provided on the job. The position requires a high degree of organizational and communication skills. Candidate must have strong computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office. U.S Citizenship is required
