Outside Sales Representative (Office-Based)

Responsibilities

- Prospect and close new business with small-to-mid-sized businesses and corporate clients.

- Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to contract signing.

- Conduct in-person presentations with business owners, executives, and marketing

decision-makers.

- Utilize social selling, networking, and cold outreach to build your pipeline.

- Collaborate with internal creative and digital marketing teams to deliver client success.

- Meet and exceed monthly sales revenue goals.

Qualifications

- Proven track record of six-figure earnings in sales (required).

- 3 years of B2B sales or consultative selling experience preferred.

- Industry experience in marketing, advertising, or media a plus — not required.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Self-starter who thrives in a high-performance, fast-paced environment.

- Ability to prospect, manage leads, and close independently.
