Position Summary
The Pre-Suit Attorney will manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement negotiations, ensuring each client receives exceptional representation while pursuing the best possible outcome. This role focuses on resolving cases before litigation through strategic case management, negotiation, and client advocacy.
Job Description
- Manage a caseload of pre-suit personal injury matters from start to resolution.
- Evaluate liability, damages, and case value.
- Review medical records, police reports, and supporting documentation.
- Communicate regularly with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers.
- Prepare demand packages and negotiate settlements with insurance companies.
- Provide legal guidance and strategic recommendations throughout the claims process.
- Work closely with case managers and support staff to ensure efficient case progression.
- Maintain accurate case documentation and meet internal deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- Active member in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia.
- Experience handling Plaintiff Personal Injury cases is preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Client-focused with a strong commitment to delivering outstanding service.
