Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Management:
- Supervise, mentor, and support a team of physical therapists, physical therapy assistants, and support staff.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to ensure clear communication of goals, policies, and procedures.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to promote staff engagement and retention.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the clinic’s performance and patient satisfaction.
2. Clinical Oversight:
- Ensure all patient care is delivered in accordance with clinical guidelines, regulatory requirements, and the highest standards of practice.
- Review and audit patient treatment plans and documentation to maintain compliance with Medicare, insurance, and other regulatory standards.
- Address and resolve any clinical issues or patient concerns that arise within the department.

3. Operational Management:
- Oversee the scheduling of patient appointments and staff shifts to maximize clinic efficiency and patient access to care.

4. Financial Management:

- Collaborate with the billing department to ensure accurate and timely submission of claims and manage denials or appeals as necessary.
5. Professional Development:

Qualifications:
- Education: Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Licensure: Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of California.
