What Does the Job Require?
You’ll lead construction projects end-to-end while managing schedules, budgets, teams, and quality.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all phases of construction projects (planning → closeout)
- Build and manage project schedules using tools like Structur, Primavera P6, or similar
- Prepare and manage estimates, budgets, and contracts
- Coordinate architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors
- Read and execute from blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Track progress to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Manage material and equipment procurement
- Enforce safety standards and promote safe job sites
- Conduct regular site visits and resolve issues quickly
- Report project status, risks, and updates to leadership
Are You a Good Fit?

- Education in Construction Management or related field (preferred but not required)
