Job Title: Part-Time Administrative Officer, Non-Profit Foundation
Padilla Bay Foundation is a small, mission-driven non-profit that supporting a scientific research facility focused on research, education, and public outreach. We are seeking a part-time Administrative Officer to support foundation operations, donor relationships, grant management, and community engagement. This position works closely with the Padilla Bay Reserve facility’s professional staff, volunteers, and the Foundation Board.
D
uties include administrative and board support, donor communications, database management, basic bookkeeping, expense tracking, grant and compliance reporting, event and outreach support, and general office tasks.
Qualifications: prior administrative experience, strong communication and organization skills, comfort with office software, and interest in community engagement. Non-profit experience a plus.
Details: 20-25 hours weekly, flexible schedule, $23-30/hourly based on experience, work is on-site in Bayview, WA.
