What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lawn Mowing and Landscaping Crew Member position at Padgett Lawn Service?
We are in need of mowing crew members. Must have reliable transportation and must show up daily on time. Experience not necessary, but a willingness to learn. Must have a good driver's license that is insurable and be 19 years of age or older. Good work ethic is a must. Pay dependent on experience backed up with ability.
Tasks include; operating commercial mowers, string trimmers, leaf blowers, shrub pruning, mulching, bed maintenance, etc.
Pay scale is dependent on experience and ability with equipment. Misrepresentation of skill and ability may result in immediate termination if hired with those expectations.
Come work in a good work environment under experienced ownership of 33 years. Hours are generally between 7 and 5:30 daily, we work on Saturdays ocassionaly, and we almost never work on Sunday.
