Position Purpose & Overview
The Tax Accountant / Director is a senior leader within our firm responsible for the success of a portfolio of clients, and to provide technical tax expertise externally & internally.
Succes in this role is measured by client retention & growth, profitability and the ability for the firm to leverage tax expertise, differentiating it from other firms.
Equity share track available for qualified candidates demonstrating strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and commitment to client service.
Qualifications & Experience
- CPA or Enrolled Agent
- Strong tax and accounting background
- Proven experience leading people and managing client relationships
- Experience with accounting software and financial systems
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and project management skills
- Ability to think strategically, brainstorm with others and lead conversations
- Strong communication, coaching and leadership skills
- Knowledge and experience with Pennsylvania taxes
- Commitment to continuous learning & professional growth for both self and others
