Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site Front Desk Staff role located in Miami, FL. The Front Desk Staff will serve as the first point of contact for members and guests, handling receptionist duties such as welcoming visitors, managing phone calls, scheduling court bookings, coordinating events, and answering inquiries. The individual will provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all patrons. Additional responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness of the front desk area, managing member check-ins, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties, including managing calls, bookings, and scheduling
- Proficiency in Customer Service and effective Communication skills to engage with members and guests
- Basic Computer Literacy to manage scheduling systems, emails, and member information
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role is a plus
