This is a part-time, on-site role. The Club Operations Assistant will support daily club operations, ensuring efficiency and a high-quality member experience.
This role combines front desk responsibilities with operational support, while contributing to a strong and engaging club community. You will be the face of the club, helping create a welcoming and positive experience for all players.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily club operations and front desk activities
- Manage schedules and assist with bookings
- Respond to member inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain high facility standards
- Assist with event coordination and execution
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
