As a Front of House team member at Padel &, you’ll be the face of our community—welcoming guests, supporting daily operations, and making sure every visit is memorable. You’ll play a vital role in creating a friendly, energetic atmosphere both on and off the courts, helping new players feel at home, and ensuring the club runs smoothly day-to-day.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist members and guests
Manage court bookings and check-ins
Oversee pro shop inventory and restocking
Advise customers on pro shop purchases
Make coffee, matcha, and other café drinks
Keep the club and café areas tidy and well-organized
Explain padel rules and basic gameplay to new players
Ensure all amenities and supplies are well stocked
Help execute events and tournaments
Support daily operations as needed
Requirements:
Friendly, outgoing, and professional
Passionate about padel or racquet sports (padel experience a plus, but not required)
Strong communication and organizational skills
English proficiency required; Spanish language skills are a plus
Comfortable with basic POS and booking systems
Reliable and punctual
Enthusiastic about building a great club atmosphere
Barista or retail experience is a plus
